Aerobic Fitness Assessment

One of the following 4 different protocols will be used to estimate aerobic fitness:​

  • Modified Canadian Aerobic Fitness Test (mCaft)

  • Treadmill Walk Test

  • One Mile walk Test

  • Cycle Ergometer Test

Musculoskeletal Fitness Protocols
  • Muscular Strength: Grip Strength, Predicted 1 – RM

  • Muscular Endurance: Push-Up, Back Extension, Plank

  • Muscular Power:  Vertical Jump

  • Balance and Stability: One-Leg Stance, Y Balance Test

  • Flexibility: Sit and Reach
